Kapamilya comedian Vice Ganda asked for prayers and support.
VICE GANDA – ABS-CBN comedian and host Vice Ganda seeks for prayers and support as his network is fighting to have a franchise renewal.
Kapamilya celebrities and thousands of the employees of the media company was put into a state of uncertainty amid this major health crisis. And now, with the ABS-CBN network fighting to have a renewal, one of the artists, Vice Ganda, has turned to his “little ponies”, his fans, asking for prayers and support.
The fate of the renewal will be decided upon this week. Addressing his fans, he thanked them for their love and support to him all throughout his career. He wrote, “To my Little Ponies, maraming salamat sa pagmamahal at suporta na ibinigay niyo sa akin ng buong puso sa loob ng maraming panahon. Kasama ko kayo sa kabuuan ng aking karera.”
He then went on sharing that what his network is going through now is tough and with this, he asked for support for another bigger reason. He sought prayers for the Congress to give their network the renewal in order for them to continue serving the Filipino people.
“Kailangang-kailangan namin ang mga dasal ninyo. Para sa ating lahat ang laban na ito. Maraming salamat,” he added.
In a previous report, July 6, Monday, is the date the 12th hearing of the network will be held. This time, they will tackle the network’s issues about the 2016 election and the alleged “political biases”. To recall, this particular issue involved President Rodrigo Duterte whose political advertisement before, despite being paid, was not aired.
