ANNE JAKRAJUTATIP – Thai transwoman billionaire Jakkaphong “Anne” Jakrajutatip left this message for ABS-CBN after its shit down.
ABS-CBN is the biggest media company in the Philippines but an overwhelming 70 votes to reject their franchise renewal application has made it shut down. Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo, with the close down of her home network as expressed, “Naniniwala po ako na walang pagsubok na di natin kayang malagpasan basta’t tayo’y nagkakaisa sa panalangin at pagsisikap.”
The result came after a lengthy 13 comprehensive and exhaustive congressional hearings and the junking has truly broken millions of hearts. Most especially, it saddens a lot to know that over 11,000 employees lost their jobs.
And one of their business partners, Thai media mogul and chief executive officer of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited, Jakkaphong “Anne” Jakrajutatip has left this message for the network. She wrote in her post her sympathy and her hope to be working again with them.
“My heart will go on for you ABS-CBN…. I know we will work again one day soon!!! Never surrender!!! [Kiss emoji],” she wrote encouragingly.
The JKN Global Media is a global content distributor and channel operator based in Thailand. It distributes television series and movies from Asian countries such as Philippines and India. This company is included in list of Forbes “Asia’s 200 Best Under a Billion” as per PEP.
La Luna Sangre, I’ll Never Say Goodbye, The Promise of Forever, Till I Met You, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Pia’s Postcards, Got To Believe, The Legal Wife, and Bridges of Love are just some of the Thai’s company’s business deals with the ABS-CBN.
