Bank In PH Donates ‘Money Heist’ Inspired PPEs To COVID-19 Frontliners
BANK – A bank in the Philippines donated ‘Money Heist’-inspired personal protective equipment to COVID-19 frontliners.
Millions of people around the world are hooked to the Spanish crime-drama ‘Money Heist‘ (La Casa De Papel). In the first week of April, Netflix released its fourth season.
In a previous article, we shared what we know so far about its fifth season. We can’t deny that its recent season left us all in awe.
One thing is for sure, the taping of ‘Money Heist‘ 5th season will be delayed due to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Meanwhile, in the Philippines, a designer named Ram Silva created personal protective equipment (PPE) for the frontliners in Iloilo.
The healthcare workers look like they were part of El Professor’s team. Lots of netizens loved their outfits.
Due to the love of Pinoys to the series, the creators named the new character “Manila.” They said the country with a massive number of fans will be included as a character.
A Facebook user named Boylyn Cezar shared photos of frontlines at Medical Center Manila wearing a ‘Money Heist’-themed personal protective equipment. Based on a report from GMA News, the PPEs of these medical technologists were donated by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (PSP).
