Money Heist Inspired PPE Designed For Frontliners

BELLA CIAO! – An Iloilo-based designer created Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspired by the popular Netflix series “Money Heist” or “La Casa De Papel”.

Designer Ram Silva posted on his Facebook page photos of frontliners hailing from the Internal Medicine Department in Western Visayas Medical Center. The impressive thing about the photos was that the frontliners seemed to be part of the “Profesor’s” team.

They were sporting red hazmat suits and wore Dali masks inside the hospital as they posed for the photos. But, according to Ram, the masks were only used as props to fit the “Money Heist” theme.

Much like the protagonist of the “Money Heist”, our frontliners also exude a sense of hope for the masses. They risk their lives for people as one of the first lines of defense against the coronavirus pandemic.

Following the release of the latest season of the Money Heist, Silva shared the photos on his Facebook. Meanwhile, the 6-episode season was loved by the fans, especially by the Filipino fans.

Due to the love the Filipinos gave to the show, the creators included a new character named “Manila”. According to the creators, the country with the highest number of fans of the show would be included as a character.
