Talk ‘N Text Tropang Texters defeated the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters for the Game 1 of the PBA Philippine Cup Finals with the final score of 87-81. In the early quarter of the game the Tropang Texters lead with as many as 18 points.
Jason De Castro and Ranidel De Ocampo topscored for Tropang Texters with 16 points each while Cruz and Lee scored with 13 and 11 points respectively for the Elasto Painters.
The Game 2 of the PBA Philipine Cup Finals will be held this coming Friday, January 11, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
