Step 1 – Go to the nearest GSIS Office or branch and look for the G-W@PS Kiosk.
Step 2 – Place your eCard Plus in the G-W@PS card reader and then your personal data would be displayed.
Step 3 – Select the Loan Windows icon and then choose the kind of loan you wish to apply for.
Step 4 – Update your mobile phone number and you will be asked regarding the Application Agreement. If you agree with it and wanted to proceed with your loan application, touch the “Agree” icon.
Step 5 – Choose a finger to be used for the verification and then confirm your loan application by placing it on the biometric scanner.
Step 6 – Wait for the text message or notification regarding your loan application. The GSIS will forward your loan application to your Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) for approval or disapproval.
Step 7 – For a successful loan application, you may withdraw the money from any Expressnet ATM and Megalink Bancnet ATM nationwide.
