Jennifer Grace Alberto, 22-year-old from Floridablanca, Pampanga. She is a Licensed Vocational Nursing from Antelope Valley Career Academy.
When she was young and living in America, she would always see her parents and grandparents preparing balikbayan boxes to send back home to the Philippines for their family. Her parents came from difficult, humble conditions of living, but they knew that they had to fight and earn not just to provide for themselves, but also to help others.
Jennifer Grace biggest lessons, she have learned from adolescent years is to be fearless — especially fearless of failure.
Her ambition in life is that she believed, on her calling to help people, regardless of what stage or age in life she will heed to. Her purpose is to dedicate time and effort to others. Someone once said, “As long as there is a man in this world who is hungry, sick, lonely, or living in fear, he is my responsibility.” she want to live her life by that quote.
Her environmental advocacy are to promote proper waste management. She believed it’s important to spread environmental awareness in the community, as well as actively participate in the activities and projects of bettering our environmental conditions.
