Bestfriends of Filipino Couple Drowned in Maldives Seek Help
FILIPINO COUPLE DROWNED – The bestfriends of Leomer and Erika Lagradilla, the couple in honeymoon but drowned in Maldives, are seeking help to bring their bodies back to the Philippines.
Recently, a sad incident that happened to a Filipino couple while they were outside the country took the social media by storm. While in Maldives for their honeymoon, the Filipino couple drowned.
Based on a report of The Philippine Star, the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed the incident.
According to the DFA, the couple was staying at a Dhiffushi Island resort and they were reportedly snorkeling when the incident happened. They were brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
According to the report, it was only on December 18, 2018, less than a month ago, when the Filipino couple officially tied the knot.
The woman is 29 years of age while her husband is one year her senior. They flew to their dream place on January 9.
On social media, the Filipino couple drowned in Maldives were identified as Leomer and Erika Lagradilla. Their bestfriends, the JAMLAKE, are seeking help to bring back the bodies of the couple to the Philippines.
Based on a viral post on Facebook, a total of Php 1,268,000.00 is needed to bring home the bodies of Leomer and Erika from Maldives. The couple’s bestfriends are appealing to family, relatives, and friends for help.
In the post, bank account details are provided for those who wish to extend their donations to bring home the bodies of the Filipino couple drowned in Maldives.
