It’s Showtime hosts paid tribute to former Tawag ng Tanghalan (TNT) judge Rico J. Puno.
The OPM legend bid goodbye to his loved ones, fans and fellow celebrities on October 30 due to cardiac arrest.
After several years of giving superb entertainment with a touch of humor to his audience, Rico succumb to his failing health.
His health has been an issue to his political career as Mayor Nancy Binay revealed that was his reason why he transferred to another party.
Rico J. Puno’s unexpected death brought grief to many celebrities and those who enjoyed his music throughout his career.
He was able to make several hit songs that will continue to linger in the memories of music lovers.
As a former judge of TNT, hosts of It’s Showtime expressed their emotions on social media for losing a pillar of music industry.
Vice Ganda said that his thank you to Rico for making him feel loved. “Lagi naming sinasabi na favorite namin ang isat isa,” the comedian-host added.

Anne Curtis was shocked upon hearing the sad news and she said she will miss the OPM legend. “Rest in peace Tito,” Anne wrote.
