Kim Chiu’s Stylist Speaks Up Over Rumors About Actress Ignoring John Herrera’s Gown

Kim Chiu’s stylist finally speaks up about the issue with John Herrera.

KIM CHIU – The controversy about the John Herrera’s gown created for Kim Chiu but was reportedly ignored finally clarified by Patty Yap, the actress’ stylist.

According to a previous report, the actress Kim Chiu reportedly disregarded John Herrera’s gown made for her hosting stint for this year’s FAMAS awarding.

It was the FAMAS who approached Herrera to make the outfits of the hosts—Kim Chiu, Robi Domingo, and Piolo Pascual.

However, the designer the designer got disappointed at the actress as he is expecting that she is “not a diva anymore” but was wrong for thinking that way.

Moreover, the award-winning designer stressed, “I said I won’t leave it and I’m not sponsoring her ever. That gown is worth PHP100 thousand. I’ll sell it na lang to others who would value it.”

In the article published by PEP, Herrera shared that Donna Sanches of  FAMAS production told him that Kim’s camp said to just leave the gown at the actress’ house.

“Pag bet niya suotin, go. Pero pag ayaw, hindi susuotin,” John revealed to which he objected for that is not how he does business.

Thus, the stylist of the actress, Patty Yap, has clarified the issue.

“It was absolutely okay with Kim to wear his creation but it was John who backed out, as mentioned on his last message,” explained by the stylist.

Furthermore,“I understand John’s dismay, and we have so much respect for him but I hope this clarifies the matter.”
