An official jury stated that Deligero’s film has a surprising and surreal approach, which can be rarely seen in the experimental scene.

The youth jurors also said that the Filipino film exposes the dirtiest side of dictatorial regimes and lauded it for denouncing the moralistic and authoritarian policies.
