Despite the issues and challenges that the team Azkals is experiencing, the team are still eager to win the next round of their match against Kuwait thus they are training hard for the game.

The Azkals are now scheduled to fly going to Bahrain to undergo training and also to adjust in the temperature for their upcoming game.

Kuwait is known for having a hot temperature and so the team is hoping that by training in Bahrain for a couple of days would help them adapt in the temperature in order to perform well.

In the said training in Bahrain, they will be having two rounds of friendly game against some of the players in the said country.

In an interview with one of the Azkal member, Nate Burkey, he said that he is very excited with their training and at the same time with the country for this is his first time to travel in Bahrain.

The coach in charge in the conditioning of the players said that everything is already planned and settled for the Azkals to get used to the hot temperature. He also prepared some ice bags, spray sungl(–foul word(s) removed–) and many more for the players to feel comfortable during their training.

Each member is hopeful that they will be able to beat Kuwait in this upcoming game and give another honor for the country.

It is expected that the team will be complete during their training in Bahrain unlike in the first phase of training where Neil Etheridge, Ray Jonsson and Rob Gier wasn’t able to join the squad.

The first game between the Azkals and Kuwait will be happening this July 23 on Kuwait Mohammed Al Hamad Stadium while the second leg will be in the Rizal Stadium Philippines on July 28.
