Identification of the killer of the Grab driver has been released.
GRAB DRIVER – The name and some of the information about the prime suspect in the slaying of a Grab driver has been released by the Pasay City police.
According to a report from The Philippine Star, the police officer of the Pasay City have identified the alleged prime suspect in the slaying of the Grab partner-driver Gerardo “Junjie” Maquidato Jr.
The alleged prime suspect of the driver was identified to be Narc Tulod Delemios or also known as Miko or Real Nikolo Delemios.
The said alleged suspect has an unresolved warrant of arrest over a murder which was issued last February 3, 2015, by the Parañaque City Regional Trial Court.
The search has already been conducted to find Delemios.
Maquidato has been slain on October 26 by the suspect who booked and rode as a regular passenger.
And using the victim’s vehicle, the killer sped away toward Cesna Street.
As per the source, the witnesses confess to having heard gunshots around 7:50 p.m. on Thursday night.
Maquidato was then “shoved out of the silver Toyota Innova with plate number YV 7109 along Bonanza St. in Pasay City.”
He had a gunshot at the back of his head which exited through his left eye.
Prior to this incident, based on the source, the Grab driver has been hailed as a model drive after he has gone viral for helping a sick passenger.
