Video Of Mother Seeking Help For Sick Child Shared By Nerriel Tolosa
A netizen named Nerriel Tolosa shares a video of a mother seeking help for her child, who’s suffering from throat cancer.
A Facebook user named Nerriel M Tolosa was riding on Metro Rail Transit (MRT) when she saw a woman named Rosemarie together with his son ‘John Alfred Catubay’, who’s suffering from cancer of the throat.
Tolosa said that Rosemarie is needing a financial support for the blood transfusion and medications of her child. She also said that blood was coming out of John Alfred’s mouth and needs an immediate medical attention from the doctors. The sick child can’t even speak properly due to his health condition.
Rosemarie and John Alfred just came from the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) for blood transfusion when Nerriel met them. The blood transfusion was declined by the hospital for they don’t have enough amount of cash.
The concerned netizen explained that the boy needed blood donations from the public because his mother can’t afford the expenses of treatments and medications in the hospital.
Tolosa also said that Rosemarie was the only one taking care of her child since her husband leaves them to be with his other family. The woman and her child were living in Mindoro go to Manila just to seek help and financial assistance for Alfred’s blood transfusion.

Nerriel has also posted Rosemarie’s I.D and contact number for easier communication, in case if someone is willing to help them. She was also urging the public to help John Alfred for his treatment and medication in the hospital.
Tolosa’s post has garnered 3.3k reactions, 15, 651 shares, and more than 500 comments from netizens after it was posted in the social media on April 19, 2017.
