Kyline Alcantara clarified this relatiionship rumor
Kapuso Sparkle artist Kyline Alcantara reacted to the circulating rumors alleging a romantic connection between her and businessman Sam Verzosa, who is the ex-boyfriend of Rhian Ramos.
This speculation circulated last month. In a recent episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Boy brought up Sam’s guest appearance on the show. He mentioned that he and Sam had discussed the rumors linking him to Kyline.
Kyline stated that she was aware of the rumors linking her to the businessman, yet she was still surprised and amused by the gossip she had heard.
“Nakikita ko po siya sa social media. Nagulat po ako. Katulad po ng sabi ni Sam, napag-usapan na po namin ‘yon kung anong nangyayari sa social media. And natawa na lang din po ako,” the Kapuso actress said.
Kyline Alcantara admitted that she wondered how this rumor started. “Parang bakit gano’n? And then para sa akin po, ‘yong mga tao talaga, porke’t may nakikita silang kasama, whether mapa-babae or lalaki, they assume immediately na they’re together na,” she said.
According to the actress, she and Sam were spotted together at a dinner event where they had been invited by the founders and resident doctors of a luxury aesthetic and dermatology clinic.
Sam had previously denied the rumors linking him to Kyline during an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last June. He said that he felt awkward that the actress was dragged into the issue.
Aside from Kyline, Sam was also linked to another Kapuso actress, Faith Da Silva. The businessman also denied their alleged romantic connection. He stressed that he and Faith have known each other for many years already.
Meanwhile, Kyline Alcantra has stated in an interview that she is not yet ready to enter into a new relationship.
