Here’s the Pharmacist Board Exam Result April 2026 released by the PRC.

PHARMACIST BOARD EXAM April 2026 – The full result from PRC included the full list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.

As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,085 out of 1,895 examinees passed the Pharmacist Board Exam April 2026 or the April 2026 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE). The full result was released after three working days since the last day of the examination was held.

The examination took place on April 18-19, 2026, at testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Registration

The registration for the newly passed examinees will start on June 2, 2025, for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration, which will be done online through www.prc.gov.ph.

Requirements

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope

Oathtaking

The date and venue for the newly passed pharmacists are yet to be announced.
