“Whatever it was, you will always be my pal. There’s nothing wrong that you can do kasi gan’un kita kamahal. Masyadong solid ang core memories ko sa’yo. First love mo can be a sister or a friend, first love kita. Ang wish ko para sa’yo is sana maenjoy mo ang time mo with your daughter, though it’s time,” she said.
Angelica later asked Heart what prompted her to reconnect, to which Heart replied that the timing finally felt right, as they had both grown and matured over the years.
Angelica also shared that, despite their past misunderstanding, she holds no ill feelings toward Heart and remains supportive, even expressing her interest in hearing more about Heart’s achievements.
The two actresses have shared a friendship that dates back to their teenage years.
