IVANA ALAWI – Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi had everyone laughing and blushing after revealing her honest reaction to her now-viral kissing scene with Joshua Garcia.
Ivana Alawi recently shared her candid reaction to her much-talked-about kissing scene with Joshua Garcia, her co-star in the upcoming teleserye Love Is Never Gone. The moment quickly became a hot topic following the show’s press conference held on Tuesday, April 28.
During the event, Ivana was asked to rate Joshua’s on-screen kiss, prompting laughter from the audience and her fellow cast members. Without hesitation, the actress gave it a perfect score.
“Ten,” answered Ivana. “Kasi nakita n’yo, siya ‘yong talagang grabe….Ang laki ng bibig niya.”
She went on to recall her immediate reaction after filming the scene, sharing a humorous anecdote about the intensity of the kiss.
“Ta’s sabi ko, ‘Hoy, grabe kang sumipsip! ‘Yong lipstick ko nawawala.’ Ayun, okay naman. Magaling, magaling siya,” she added.
Ivana also emphasized that the success of the scene was not accidental but carefully executed under the guidance of their director, Emmanuel Quindo Palo. According to her, the team paid close attention to detail to ensure the scene came out naturally and convincingly on screen.
“Dinirek niya pati kung papaano ‘yong paghalik. Nakikinig kami,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Joshua was also asked to rate Ivana’s kissing performance. With a playful tone, the actor gave her a high score but suggested that there was still room for improvement.
“May room for improvement,” he said, laughing.
