The Hong Kong trip of former “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition Collab” housemates Mika Salamanca and Will Ashley created a loud buzz online. Their photos, including those taken at Hong Kong Disneyland, circulated online and quickly went viral.
In a previous article, Mika’s management confirmed that the photos are authentic. It was a much-needed break from her busy showbiz schedule, and Will being tagged along on the trip was not a part of the original plan. Will joined her along with some other friends.
As reflected in the statement, the Hong Kong trip was a group vacation, not an exclusive outing for just the two celebrities. Mika took the trip with the full knowledge and support of her family. However, some photos were shared without consent, which resulted in misunderstandings and rumors.
Recently, as the buzz is still continuing, Mika’s manager gave a statement. According to the manager, Mika took the trip with the full knowledge and support of her family. Despite Mika’s appeal to fans and the public to avoid romantic speculation and respect her privacy, there were still some buzz.
Jan Enriquez, Mika’s manager, further made clarifications, and recently added that there was nothing romantic about the trip of the two. It was a quick group trip, and as for their real score, the have always been friends.
“Since PBB Collab, Mika and Will have been good friends. Nothing romantic or anything. We are aware of this trip and we don’t see anything wrong with it,” the manager expressed.
However, certain private photos and information were unfortunately taken from a private account and shared publicly, resulting in misunderstandings and assumptions.
