It has been a long time since Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla broke up. After their breakup, speculations surfaced online that the actress was being courted by a politician, followed shortly by rumors claiming they were already in a relationship.
The politician being rumored to be her new boyfriend is Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala. As of this writing, their relationship has not been confirmed or denied, but rumors about them flow continuously.
The latest rumor about the two is that they are now living together in a condo, a claim mentioned in Ogie Diaz’s new video. This was not confirmed information, but based on their sources, they are now in a live-in setup.
In the video, Diaz did not confirm this, and the setup is still uncertain. But based on the grapevine, Alcala also lives in a unit of this building.
Previous reports stated that Kathryn had moved to a luxury condo after their mansion was finished. She is reportedly now living in One Roxas Triangle, a high-rise, luxe building that caters to some of the most significant personalities in the country in Makati City.
One unit from this building costs between PHP 85 million and PHP 280 million, while rental rates range from PHP 200,000 to PHP 600,000 per month for annual leases.
Among those who are living in this building are SM Investments Corporation, chairperson of BDO Unibank, and adviser to SM Prime Holdings Tessie Sy-Coson, broadcast journalist Karen Davila, couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli, Kris Aquino before, and Anne Curtis also in the past.
