Here’s what Daniel Padilla shared about working “Incognito.”
ABS-CBN actor Daniel Padilla has this to share about doing “Incognito,” his first-ever action-packed project.
“Incognito” is a series from ABS-CBN starring Daniel Padilla and Richard Gutierrez, along with Baron Geisler, Kaila Estrada, Ian Veneracion, and the breakthrough tandem Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings.
This is the first series of Daniel after his split with Kathryn Bernardo, and outside of their love team. As the series comes to its end, Padilla expressed how thankful he is for being a part of the action series.
In this series, he plays the role of former scout ranger-turned-agent Andres Malvar, whose mission is to find his missing brother, Jun.
Speaking about the journey, he shared that he learned a lot from his character in terms of love in all its forms. He also became close with his co-stars, and DJ shared during the Incognito: Final Mission finale presscon, he was happy doing the project with everyone, from the co-stars, director, and the entire production crew.
He said, “Masyadong masayang gawin dahil hindi siya naging madali. Kaya mas masarap yung tagumpay sa dulo eh. This cast, sobrang minahal ko itong mga taong ito. Sobra, sobra. Gagawin ko ang lahat para sa mga ito. Lahat. Kahit ano kaya ko gawin basta kasama ko itong mga ‘to.”
The most memorable for him was his first fighting scene, which was inside the train. He laughed at the memory when he was made to do it with several people on his first time. The actor shared, “Si direk talagang pinarusahan agad ako dun. First fight scene ko tapos ilan yung kalaban ko, sampu na.”
The last fight scene he did was also memorable for him. The final episodes of their series were shot in the former war-torn town of Marawi in Mindanao.
