Recently, Claudette M. Cruz, a Facebook user, shared her experience after noticing that her order was missing some items. The post quickly garnered various reactions from the online community.

Cruz She had ordered eight burgers, two cheeseburgers, and two hot fudge sundaes, but only received six burgers, two cheeseburgers, and two sundaes, plus just one spoon and no napkins or condiments. Despite this mistake, she remained calm and understanding.

Instead of getting upset, Claudette went back to the drive-thru to ask for the missing items. She noticed how busy the kitchen was during the dinner rush, and she could see the workers were under pressure.

When the staff member handed her the missing burgers and apologized repeatedly, Claudette simply smiled and reassured her, saying, “It’s fine. It happens.”

In her message, Claudette explained that, in reality, mistakes like this happen all the time in busy food establishments. She mentioned that if someone hasn’t worked in the food service industry, they may not fully appreciate how difficult and chaotic things can get during busy hours.

The lady customer also took the opportunity to encourage customers to be more patient and understanding, pointing out that food might not always be perfect, but it’s all part of the job.

In the end, Claudette thanked the McDonald’s branch in Talisay for opening in her area, showing kindness despite the inconvenience.

Here is the full post:

ORDERS INCOMPLETE.

today, we ordered 8 burger MCDO,

2 Cheeseburgers, 2 hot fudge sundae.

However, we only got 6, burger MCDO, 2 cheeseburger 2 sundae with only 1 spoon.

No Napkins, No condiments.

Is it end of the world? NO!

I went down again (from drive thru) to ask the missing and incomplete orders. Looking from outside, the kitchen was chaos, it was dinner time by the way. Of course the rush was there.

When ate gave me the other burgers, she repeatedly said sorry. And I said it’s fine. It happens.

Because in reality. It really Happens!

And if you haven’t worked in a food establishment, I mean a BUSY food establishment you will never understand the difficulty of their roles.

Your burger will be incomplete, your fries might be soggy by the time you got it, drinks maybe watered down. No spoon, no tissues

Etc.

If you can’t understand that this happens all the time. Don’t leave your kitchen. Stay at your home. Prepare your food.

Congratulations MCDONALD’S TALISAY.

Thank you for opening a branch here in talisay!
