As “Hello, Love, Again” nears the end of its journey, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards say goodbye to their characters.
“Hello, Love, Again” Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards sign off as Joy and Ethan, their characters in the blockbuster film.
Definitely, Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards “Hello, Love, Again” will be ending on a good note as it just made history as the most successful Filipino film. It is now officially the highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time with Php 1.4 billion in earnings worldwide based on the update on the first week of December.
Recently, a VIP screening for “Hello, Love, Again” was held. It was attended by the lead actors along with VIP guests such as First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, Senators Chiz Escudero, Pia and Alan Peter Cayetano, and Grace Poe, Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, ABS-CBN Chairman Mark Lopez, CEO and president Carlo Katigbak, COO Cory Vidanes, ABS-CBN Films managing director Kris Gazmen and GMA executives headed by GMA7’s senior vice president Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.
Both Kathryn and Alden are honored by this opportunity and they were grateful that the first lady appreciated their film. It was unexpected on their part and they were happy that it affected her as much as it affected everyone who had watched the film already.
In an interview following the VIP screening, Joy and Ethan were both elated and as they would always say, the outcome was overwhelming and they are deeply grateful. They gave credit to the people who supported their film as they expressed that such success would not be possible without the people.
As much as we all know, in just 10 days since opening in theaters last November 13, “Hello, Love, Again” has become the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time.
After the screening, they are going straight to their victory party and although the HLA’s journey is nearing its end, they believe that the friendship built will still continue just like what happened in the first part.
They reiterated that the success of their film is a team effort and as they are going to leave for the party, they signed off as Joy and Ethan.
“This has been Ethan Del Rosario,” Alden started followed by Kath’s, “This has been Joy Marie Fabregas,” and together they quipped, “…officially signing off!”
