Kim Ji Soo talked about the cast of the Kapuso afternoon series
South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo shared what it was like working with the cast members of the Kapuso drama Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap.
Ji Soo had been doing drama series in Korea for quite a long time before he decided to venture into the Philippine entertainment industry. He was first seen in the defunct Kapuso primetime series Black Rider.
Then, he was included in the cast of Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap, the afternoon series led by Carmina Villarroel, Jillian Ward, and Richard Yap.
Avid viewers of the series easily embraced Kim Ji Soo with his character Dr. Kim Young who became one of Dr. Annalyn Santos’s defenders.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Ji Soo shared that he had so much fun with the cast while they were on set. “They are very bright, and they are very welcoming to me. It was really fun and it’s easy to get used to the set,” he said.
The South Korean actor also expressed gratitude to his co-stars in the series. “I’m very thankful to them,” he shared.
Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap is set to have its finale episode on Friday, October 19. It has been airing for more than two years now.
Meanwhile, Ji Soo also starred in the movie Mujigae with Kapamilya actress Alexa Ilacad and child star Ryrie Sophia. In a previous interview, Ji Soo shared her experience working with Alexa. He said that although they haven’t had a lot of scenes together, he really noticed Alexa’s professionalism.
In a separate interview, the Kapamilya actress shared what happened when she first met the South Korean actor. She was surprised at how tall Kim Ji Soo was and she was afraid to talk to him, not knowing that the South Korean actor speaks English.
