Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country. Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be slight to moderate.

PAGASA also reported that two to three tropical cyclones may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility this month of August.
