Amid Typhoon Carina Outpoor, Ninong Ry’s House in Malabon Affected by Flood

In the Philippines, one of the most popular content creators in YouTube is Ryan Morales Reyes. More popularly called Ninong Ry, he is into food vlogging and countless people are avid followers of him in the video-sharing platform. However, his house in Malabon is one of those affected by the flooding due to Typhoon Carina.
Before it has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the weather forecasters raised the possibility of Typhoon Carina becoming a super typhoon. It brought strong winds and heavy rains to several areas in Luzon.
Recently, it was not about food that Ninoy Ry posted on his social media account. He shared photos and videos with floodwater entering his kitchen, his editing room, and their garage being.
Despite the situation that affected Ninoy Ry’s house, the content creator managed to crack a joke. He took the photos as a response to news that Malabon is no longer hit by flood. He also said in a post that he’s moving his motorcycle not because of the flood but because he was cleaning it.
Three (3) hours ago, Ninong Ry posted an update about the flood in Malabon. Unfortunately, the water level has increased and it is reaching the waist of the content vlogger now.
Recently, the Metro Manila Council declared a State of Calamity in the National Capital Region (NCR) amid the massive flooding in the different cities in Luzon. Pres. Bongbong Marcos has earlier explained why he will not declare a State of Calamity.
Typhoon Carina continues to intensify. The weather experts reported that the storm may be out from the PAR by Thursday. Currently, Batanes is under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals No. 2 while the northern portion of mainland Cagayan, Babuyan, and the northern portion of Ilocos Norte is under TCWS No. 1.
