The internationally known movie “On The Job (OTJ)” of critically-acclaimed director Erik Matti will soon be turned into a six-part mini-series. In an interview with InterAksyon, the film producer Dondon Monteverde decided to do the mini-series which will allow them to “expand the world and the characters that they started in the original OTJ movie.
According to Erik Matti one of the story angles they have been working on focuses on Philippine media. “There is going to be one big story that is going to erupt in the media industry and that’s where the killings started,” he shared, adding, “It will also cover social media, video platforms, radio…”
The mini-series “OTJ” is a co-production between Reality Entertainment and Star Cinema as part of the latter’s 20th anniversary presentation. The production will start sometime this month.
