KathNiel split has rocked the entertainment industry and here are the other biggest breakups that did the same.
First, it was Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati, then on Thursday, November 30, Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo. There’s no confirmation yet about the former but the latter pair have already released their official statements.
Kathryn’s breakup post broke lots of hearts. Shortly after she released the statement, Padilla followed suit.
This breakup, for many, seemingly marked the end of an era of love teams. This event also made them look back to some of the other painful breakups that have shaken the industry.

After almost four years of being together, JaDine called it quits. Their on-screen romance eventually turned real but did not end as their fans expected it to be. They worked on the movie Diary ng Panget (2014) and the series On the Wings of Love (2015).

Their split is probably among the biggest, highly-controversial, and highly publicized splits in the industry. They broke up in March 2002 and it was the same month when Rico died. They have worked together on several iconic projects such as Madrasta, Flames, San Ka Man Naroroon, Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita, and the romantic-comedy film, Got 2 Believe.
