MAINE MENDOZA – Kapuso actress Maine Mendoza has these statements about this report circulating online about her wedding.
Celebrity couple Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde are reportedly going to tie the knot this July. However, this has not been confirmed. The couple is mum about their big day as they would want this private matter kept to themselves.
They did not reveal anything aside from confirming that it is happening this year and that they are enjoying every process of preparation.
In a previous article, Joey de Leon claimed that their wedding will be televised and will particularly be shown on TV5. However, Maine was aghast at the report. She made clarifications about this in her recent posts.
On Twitter, Maine denied this. It is not true that her wedding will be televised and stressed that the article is misleading. She’s confused about whether clickbait is done or the comprehension is a bit questionable but she did express that she is the last person to make such a personal affair highly publicized.
In another post, she wrote, “Kakaloka din how some netizens would simply believe what they see on the Internet. Kailan ba mauuso ang fact-checking?!”
The said news outlet supposedly quoted de Leon’s statement from an exclusive interview. This particular post cannot be found now on the site of the said news outlet as of this posting.
Meanwhile, Mendoza and Atayde announced their engagement in July last year. They met in 2018 and they are together for four years before they decided to tie the knot. Their wedding is now in the works and they have not shared the wedding date in order to keep the occasion personal.
