Due to the controversial blunder during the coronation night of the Miss Universe 2015 in the United States of America, one of the event’s judges celebrity blogger Perez Hilton revealed to international media that all of the Miss Universe judges voted in favor of Miss Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines.
The panel of judges in the recently concluded Miss Universe 2015 were composed of the following world-renowned personalities which include celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, “Scream Queens” star Niecy Nash and former athlete and “Dancing With the Stars” champion Emitt Smith.
On his official blog, Perez Hilton was quoted as saying “I went with my gut and voted for Miss Philippines. And actually, I found out afterwards it was unanimous. Every single judge on that panel, all four of us, voted for Miss Philippines to be number 1,” Perez Hilton stated.
Aside from the official panel of judges the global audience and the 77 other candidates were also allowed to choose their bets during the world’s most prestigious beauty pageant, the Miss Universe 2015.

Perez Hilton stressed Wurtzbach deserved to win and that she is “perfect for being a Miss Universe.” He also revealed the he was really impressed by the performance of the 26-year-old Pia Wurtzbach during the competition particularly her intelligent answer during the Question and Answer portion. “Miss Philippines surprised me… she was fierce and fabulous… she has a real beauty, grace and elegance…” Hilton said.
