Fyang Smith Admits She Can Be ‘Bobita’ Sometimes

Fyang Smith Has This Honest Admission About Being ‘Bobita’

FYANG SMITH – Instead of getting offended, Fyang Smith openly admitted that there are times when she can indeed be “bobita,” giving a surprisingly honest explanation for it.

Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Gen 11 Big Winner Fyang Smith openly admitted that there are moments when she considers herself “bobita,” or someone who can be clueless or not particularly sharp at times.

Fyang made the candid admission when she appeared as a guest on the second episode of “Gandang Gabi Vice” on Sunday, September 20. She was joined by her former PBB housemate and loveteam partner, JM Ibarra, as they shared stories and exchanged playful banter with Unkabogable star Vice Ganda.

During the episode, Vice challenged Fyang to respond sweetly to several not-so-beautiful tweets directed at her. One of the posts described her personality using the words “bobita,” “talentless,” and “magaspang.”

Rather than taking the criticism personally, Fyang addressed each description. She acknowledged that the “bobita” label could sometimes apply to her, explaining that her busy schedule and lack of sleep may affect her.

“I think the bobita part, yeah, I know, sometimes I am. I’m not gonna deny it. I’m bobita rin sometimes. Because sometimes, I don’t have tulog. Busy sa work.”

However, Fyang firmly rejected the claim that she has no talent. She pointed out dancing as one of the abilities she possesses.

“And the talentless, no. I’m not talentless. I can dance,” Fyang added.

Fyang has previously faced criticism online over some of her statements and actions. In July 2025, a video clip circulated showing her apparently wiping saliva on fellow PBB Gen 11 housemate Dingdong Bahan, which drew negative reactions from some viewers.

That same month, Fyang also received criticism over remarks that were perceived by some as boastful, particularly after she appeared to suggest that no other PBB batch could surpass their group.

However, during an interview in October 2025, Fyang addressed the controversy surrounding the remarks and explained that the video circulating online had been spliced.

“Tito Ogs, no’ng sinabi ko ‘yon, wala pa pong [PBB] Collab. Happy and super proud ako sa batch namin. Siguro, naging mali lang ‘yong dating no’ng mga tao kasi spliced video siya,” Fyang said.

She further explained that she had also shown support for the PBB batch that followed theirs, which competed in the PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition.
