Woman Slams Elderly Man for Inappropriate Touching of Female Passenger Inside Cab
A woman has warned the public about an elderly man who allegedly touched a female passenger without her consent.
Recently, Agatha Bay, a Facebook user, shared a photo of the elderly man who allegedly touched a female passenger without permission while riding in a cab. The post quickly went viral and drew various reactions from netizens online.
According to Bay, the man initially started friendly conversations with passengers and asked them about their destinations. At first, nothing seemed unusual about his behavior. However, the situation reportedly changed when a woman boarded the cab and took a seat beside him.

Bay said she noticed the elderly man allegedly touch the female passenger without permission. The woman reportedly appeared surprised and uncomfortable after the incident. The unexpected contact immediately raised concerns among those who witnessed it.
The young lady also shared that the man offered a bracelet to the female passenger. Later, he reportedly offered a bracelet to Bay as well, but she politely declined.
Feeling uneasy about the situation, the female passenger eventually moved to a different seat and sat beside Bay. She then advised the woman to stay cautious and remain alert during the trip.
Bay further revealed that the cab driver allegedly mentioned having seen the same man interact with other passengers in a similar manner before.
The lady netizen clarified that her intention was not to shame or attack anyone. She explained that she shared the incident to raise awareness among commuters and encourage people to be mindful of their safety while traveling.
Here is the full post:
“I’m sharing this because of something I personally witnessed earlier while commuting. Hindi ko ito pinopost para manghusga or manira ng tao, but I feel like this is something people should be aware of, especially those who commute alone.
Kanina, nakasabay ko itong matandang lalaki sa cab. I was sitting across from him. May lalaki na katabi niya, and may babae naman na katabi ko.
At first, normal lang yung situation. He asked the guy beside him kung saan daw papunta ang City Hall. Hindi rin alam nung lalaki, so walang masyadong sumagot. He also asked the woman beside him, pero hindi na rin kami masyadong sumasagot.
Ang dami niyang sinasabi and he would keep the conversation going through different stories. Kahit simple lang yung tanong, hahabaan niya yung conversation by telling stories and asking more questions.
Eventually, bumaba yung lalaki and another woman got on the cab. She sat beside him because that was the only available space.
After a while, I noticed him touching the woman beside him, and she immediately looked surprised and uncomfortable. He was also offering her a bracelet.
Then he looked at me and offered me one too. I immediately said, “No po.”After that, hindi ko na siya pinansin because I had already seen a previous post about him, so I was already aware of the kind of behavior being talked about.
The woman he touched eventually moved and sat beside me. Sinabihan ko rin siya na mag-ingat because I personally saw what happened.
Pagdating namin near Robinsons, the cab stopped. The driver asked him where he was going, and he simply said, “Sa unahan lang.”
What I later realized was that asking passengers questions or asking for directions seemed to be one way for him to start a conversation. From there, he would continue talking, tell different stories, and eventually become too touchy with some passengers. The driver also noticed this and mentioned that he had seen him doing the same thing with other passengers.
At that point, honestly, I was already feeling very uncomfortable and nervous. Gusto ko na talagang bumaba, pero malapit na rin naman kami sa destination.
When we finally got off, I let him walk ahead of me and I quickly walked away because I was genuinely uneasy after witnessing what happened.
I took this photo for awareness purposes only.
I understand that he is already an elderly man, and I’m not posting this to make fun of him or to judge him based on his age. Pero kahit matanda na ang isang tao, personal boundaries and consent should still be respected.
I also don’t want to make assumptions about his intentions. I’m only sharing what I personally witnessed and experienced during that ride.
If someone touches you without your permission, gets too close, or makes you feel uncomfortable, you have every right to say NO, move away, change seats, or ask someone for help.
And if you witness something similar, please don’t just ignore it. Check on the person who looks uncomfortable. A simple “Okay ka lang?” can already make someone feel safer.
This is not just about physical safety. These kinds of experiences can also affect a person’s mental and emotional well-being. Minsan, kahit walang physical harm, the fear, discomfort, and anxiety can stay with you even after the incident.
Kaya sana maging aware tayo and look out for one another. Babae man o lalaki, we all deserve to feel safe and respected while commuting.
Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, don’t ignore it. Your boundaries matter, your safety matters, and your mental well-being matters too.
Please stay safe, everyone. Mag-ingat po tayong lahat—babae man o lalaki.
