PAG-IBIG HEAL REQUIREMENTS 2026 – If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) member, here is a guide on the documents you must submit to apply.
The Pag-IBIG Fund has long recognized the sacrifices of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who leave their families behind so they can provide them a better life. As part of its commitment, the Fund has made its loan programs accessible not only to locally-employed and self-employed Filipinos but as well as to its OFW members.

Since 1978, Pag-IBIG has supported millions of Filipinos through its loan programs, with the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan being the most popular. This loan can be used for:
- Purchase of a real estate property
- House construction
- Home renovation
- Take-out of an existing home loan
- Combined housing purposes

Aside from it, the Pag-IBIG Fund also offers the Home Equity Appreciation Loan (HEAL). This program is designed for members who have existing housing loans but want to pursue other personal goals such as buying a car, traveling abroad, taking up a course, or starting a business. The HEAL is available to members who have paid at least five (5) years of amortizations on their housing loan.

Here are the Pag-IBIG HEAL requirements for OFWs:
- Duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan (HQP-HLF-858)_V01
- Duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan for co-borrower/s (HQP-HLF-868)_V01
- Proof of Income:
- Employment Contract (between employee and employer, or POEA Standard Contract)
- Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC):
- Written on the employer/company’s official letterhead, or
- Signed by employer (for household staff and similar employees), supported by a photocopy of the employer’s ID or passport
- One (1) valid ID
- Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/s for the quarter immediately preceding the application
- Health Statement Forms
- Conformity Form for New/Subsequent Housing Availment (HLF409_V03), for co-borrowers giving consent to the new HEAL application

- Driver’s License
- PRC ID
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance

- Voter’s ID
- TIN ID
- Barangay Certification or Barangay ID with photo
- GSIS e-Card
- SSS Card
- Senior Citizen Card
- OWWA ID
- OFW ID
- Seaman’s Book or SIRB
- Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- Government Office and GOCC ID (e.g., AFP ID, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card)
- NCDA-issued ID
- DSWD Certification
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Company ID issued by BSP, SEC, or IC-regulated entities
- PhilHealth Health Insurance Card ng Bayan
