Beauty Gonzalez talked about this unforgettable happening on the set of her past series
Netizens had guesses about the story of Kapuso actress Beauty Gonzalez regarding her experience with a “lokaret” actress.
Beauty has done a lot of projects already since she started her showbiz career through the reality show Pinoy Big Brother. In a YouTube channel of her House of Lies co-star Kris Bernal, she was asked if there is an actress she is avoiding working with.
Initially, Beauty said that there was none; however, she retracted her answer when she remembered the actress she had previously worked with.
Beauty Gonzalez called the said actress “lokaret.” Based on the article in PEP, the Kapuso actress shared that this was in an ABS-CBN project.
She mentioned that she and the actress had different ways of preparing for a crying scene. The said actress had a way of singing before the crying scene, like the song “Total Eclipse of the Heart.”
“Dati pa to… lokaret siya, krung-krung, basta lokaret siya. May eksena kasi kami, magka-crying scene. Ako naman, tahimik lang ako kapag crying scene, siyempre I respect kung ano yung preparation [ng iba],” the Kapuso actress.
Then, the actress approached her and held hands with her. Beauty thought that her co-star just needed support. However, she was surprised when her co-star suddenly sang.
“Tapos bigla ba naman niya akong kinantahan ng ‘Turn around, every now and then…’ Lumuluhod siya tapos ako nakahawak lang. Sabi ko, ‘Hala, iyakan to bakit siya kumakanta ng turn around?'” she said.
Beauty was trying to hide her laugh, and then the actress just suddenly said, “Direk, ready na po ako.”
“Tinawanan ko tapos nagalit siya… na-offend siya,” the Kapuso actress said. Then, the next crying scene, Beauty shared that the actress sang “Hello” by Adele while doing the “walling.”
Beauty and other people on the set were trying to stop themeselves to laugh. “Siyempre kaming lahat [pinipigilan] yung tawa. Kasi naman, ano ka lukaret nagwu-walling tas [sasabihin] ‘Ready na po ako,’” she shared.
Because she laughed, the actress got offended. “Siguro sa sobrang pikon niya dahil tawang-tawa ako, sinampal niya ako nang malakas [sa eksena], galing sa baba,” Beauty shared.
Due to the strong slap, Beauty was not able to deliver her line well. She told the actress about this, and the latter admitted that she was offended when they laughed at her.
In the comment section of the post about this, several netizens shared their guesses. Some said that it could be actress Bianca King. She and Beauty Gonzalez worked together in Pusong Ligaw in 2017.
Some netizens guessed it was Kim Molina, with whom Beauty Gonzalez worked in the series Kadenang Ginto in 2018.
