Female Customer Airs Disappointment at Popular Fast Food Branch After Allegedly Receiving Undercooked Fried Chicken
A female customer shared her disappointment online after claiming that she was served undercooked fried chicken at a branch of a well-known fast food chain.
Recently, Lenmar L. Saripada, a Facebook user, posted photos of the fried chicken that she said was not properly cooked. The post quickly spread online and gained attention from many netizens who reacted to the situation.
According to Saripada, she first arrived at the fast-food branch with her child and ordered their meals. A little later, her husband arrived and joined them at the table. While they were about to eat, her husband tried the fried chicken and immediately noticed something unusual about the meat.

Lenmar said her husband felt that the chicken seemed undercooked and had a very tough texture. Instead of the usual tender bite, the meat reportedly felt rubbery when chewed, which made them suspect that it was not fully cooked.
The female customer went to the counter to speak with the manager and asked if the chicken could be replaced. According to her, the manager looked at the chicken and insisted that it was properly cooked.
The staff member reportedly used a fork to open the piece of chicken and showed it to another employee, who also said it appeared fine.

The woman’s husband approached the counter after learning that the chicken would not be replaced. Wanting to avoid further argument, the woman decided to handle the conversation herself while asking her husband to sit down.
Eventually, she chose not to continue the discussion and instead ordered another serving of chicken so they could leave the restaurant and go home. She said the experience ruined their appetite and left them feeling frustrated.
