Bela has showcased her acting caliber throughout her career in the entertainment industry. Her success is something that inspires many younger artists.
Aside from being an actress, she also ventured into writing, directing, and producing, which showed the scope of what she can do even behind the camera.

In a recent interview, basedo on the article in PEP, Bela Padilla recalled a memorable happening back in 2019, when she was shooting for the movie Mañanita at a bus terminal on EDSA.
That year, aside from the aforementioned project, also did the movie Vodka, Beers and Regrets and Sino Ang May Sala?: Mea Culpa.
Because of these three projects in a year, Bela felt burnout, so she decided to live in London in 2020.
“So, sa isang linggo, I was playing a sniper shooter, lawyer na schizophrenic, and alcoholic actress. So, three characters in one week, from Monday to Sunday, so nakakalimutan ko na kung sino ako,” she shared.
Then, she shared that one shooting day for Mañanita, around 6 A.M., when the sun was just about to rise, but she was about to arrive late on the set of Sino Ang May Sala? because her call time for that movie was 7 AM.
“Nagse-set up pa lang sila ng bus [para sa Mañanita). Tapos yung prosthetics ko, kalahati ng mukha ko kasi sunog. Sabi ko, ‘Gaano katagal pa kaya yung setup ng bus?’ Sabi, mga thirty minutes,” she shared.

Then, she asked if it was okay that she would just walk for a bit. They were shooting along EDSA, at the Victory Line bus station.
“Wala naman akong malalakaran kasi EDSA na yon. Kapag naglakad ako, mamamatay na ako. So, umupo lang ako sa gutter ng EDSA, nakasuot ako ng prosthetics. Tapos, may dumaan. Nagbato ng piso sa akin. Awang-awa ako sa sarili ko. ‘Anong nangyayari sa akin today?” Bela shared.
At that time, she felt so tired, and she thought back then that she got the chance to have a long day off, she would really go to a far place.
That year, during the Holy Week, Bela Padilla went to London and she said that she would move there because of burnout.
