Bela Padilla shared this unforgettable moment in Paris
Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla called herself “patay-gutom” because of what happened in Paris.
Bela is one of the most successful actresses of her generation. Just like many celebrities in the Philippines, the actress also had a humble beginning in the industry. She also started doing supporting roles, but not long after, she became a leading lady.
Now, more than just an actress, Bela has also explored other aspects of the entertainment industry. She became a writer and a director.

However, Bela Padilla still continued doing acting stints. Her most recent acting project is the movie A Special Memory under Viva Films, directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng.
This movie served as her reunion movie with actor Carlo Aquino. They had their guesting on the YouTube channel of King of Talk Boy Abunda, who asked them about a special memory in their lives.
Bela shared that she had a memorable moment in Paris, based on the article in Newsko. When people mostly expected that it was about a career milestone or a relationship, the actress shared a simple story that became memorable for her.

This was the time when she realized that, after all her hard work, she was able to be there. Bela just bought a bread, but she had an important realization.
“Ako naman nasa Paris. It was a warm day, and I bought myself some bread. I felt so good that day. Sabi ko, I’ve worked hard to get here to buy myself this bread. I enjoyed every bite. That’s it. Tinapay lang yung sa akin, eh. Parang patay-gutom ako,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Bela Padilla shared her thoughts on being called “Queen of Heartbreaks” because of her heartbreaking movies. She said that she does not mind having this tag from viewers.
