“Someone, Someday” actor James Reid has this to say about working with co-star Kathryn Bernardo in the upcoming series.
ABS-CBN’s Dreamscape Entertainment is set to bring us “Someone Someday.” This is the comeback series of Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid since their “2 Good 2 Be True” in 2022 and “Till I Met You” back in 2016, respectively. This also marks the first project for the two artists, who were previously part of major love teams on ABS-CBN.
Directed by Chad Vidanes and Dolly Dulu, the preview presents Bernardo and Reid’s characters as childhood best friends. It also features Maja Salvador’s character, who professes to be a fan of Bernardo’s character but appears to be keeping a secret.
Recently, in an interview, Reid shared how it was working with Bernardo, and according to him, it has been an amazing experience. As per his words, she is “extremely professional,” along with the other stars, like Maja Salvador, and the staff.
“Extremely professional, very talented. And not just Kath, Maja [Salvador], the whole staff… Everyone’s very friendly, encouraging. Exciting project,” he shared.
He has always expected Kath to be humble and very talented, and with the time he has worked with her, he has been able to prove this. The actor also added that she is super easy to get along with.
The actress is also hands-on when it comes to the script, which he appreciates about her, and he loved how the team respected their inputs and suggestions, trusting their experience and talent.
“So, yeah, that’s something I really admire, how hands-on she is, how she knows how to work with the cast,” he added.
They started filming for their project late last year.
