Kapuso actresses Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos are facing accusations from the latter’s driver, who claims they illegally detained him.
Beauty queen-actress Michelle Dee, fellow Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos, and beauty queen-politician Samantha Panlilio are facing an issue after a driver claimed that he was mauled and illegally detained by the three of them.
Reportedly, he allegedly possessed sensitive photos, the reason why these female personalities did the things he claimed they did.
Alias “Totoy” is the personal driver of Ramos. He recently filed a complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). He alleged that they repeatedly hit him physically, tortured him, and illegally detained him at his employer’s residence on January 17.
He even reached the point of thinking about ending his own life. “Totoy” is currently under the care of the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC).
Meanwhile, Dee has filed a qualified theft complaint against the driver of Ramos after he allegedly stole sensitive images from Michelle’s room. The complaint is about the violation of Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code or qualified theft.
He filed the complaint against Bonifacio Tibayan Baro, 40, before the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the complaint, Michelle allegedly discovered Baro’s actions on January 19, 2026, at the condominium unit she shares with Rhian in Makati City. According to the beauty queen, Baro’s wife contacted her and reported finding several “sensitive images” related to her that were in her husband’s possession.
After that, Michelle allegedly confronted Baro, and later on, he admitted to taking the sensitive images from the beauty queen-actress’s room. The complaint furthered that the accused returned the copies of the “sensitive images.”
