Male Customer Argues w/ Fast-Food Crew Over Order Mix-Up
A male customer argued with the crew of a popular fast-food restaurant due to a misunderstanding about his order.
Recently, Juancarlos Mujar Mapa, a Facebook user, shared a video of the customer arguing with the fast-food crew over the issue. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions online.
The issue started when the customer noticed that his meal did not include gravy, which he believed should have been part of his order. The small detail quickly turned into a heated exchange inside the restaurant.

According to the video, the crew tried to calm the situation by offering the customer a discount instead.
However, the customer was not satisfied with this solution. He argued that the discount being offered was already part of an existing promo, which normally comes with complete items, including gravy. For him, the offer did not fix the problem.
The customer became more upset and even tried to get the security guard to take his side. He insisted on getting a refund, even though the order had already been processed in the system. The staff remained at the counter, trying to explain the situation while keeping their composure.
A lady netizen ‘Angel_08’ who witnessed the incident later shared more details online. According to her, the staff had already informed the customer ahead of time that there was no gravy available.
The witness added that the crew did not immediately ask for payment so the customer could decide whether to continue with the order without gravy. However, the situation escalated when the customer suddenly pulled out his phone and started recording.
The incident reminds both customers and service workers of the importance of patience, clear communication, and respect, especially during busy hours in public places.
