Customer Upset After Two Allegedly Entitled Senior Citizens Cut the Line
A female customer became irritated after she was allegedly cut in line by two entitled senior citizens.
Recently, a Reddit user named 3Gerbera shared her experience at a pizza store after she was reportedly cut in line by two entitled senior citizens. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
According to her post, the incident happened around 10 a.m. when she went to buy pizza to add to their family celebration. The store was busy, with a long line and only one cashier available.
There was no priority lane, which she understood given the situation. At that time, there were four people ahead of her, making her fifth in line.
While she was deciding on her order, two senior women reportedly squeezed their way beside her and moved ahead without asking. They openly questioned why there was no priority lane and insisted that they should be served first because they were seniors and mentioned having a PWD companion.
Without saying excuse me or politely asking, they placed themselves between her and the customer in front, pushing her further back in the line.

The customer said she was not against seniors being prioritized and was willing to give way. What upset her was the lack of basic courtesy and respect. She felt embarrassed and disrespected but chose to stay quiet to avoid ruining her day.
Due to the high number of orders, staff informed customers that the waiting time would take 30 minutes to an hour. While waiting, the two seniors reportedly kept standing up every few minutes to follow up on their order.
Staff repeatedly reminded them of the waiting time, but they continued to raise their voices and demand priority.
The customer decided to step out and spend time at a nearby mall instead. She shared that the experience left a bad impression on her.
