Car Driver Shares Experience After Surviving Accident w/ His Child
A car driver shared his emotional experience after surviving a horrifying road accident together with his child.
Recently, the Facebook page “His Reckless Love” shared his story about the accident involving him and his child along the Sta. Rosa National Highway. He expressed his gratitude to God for keeping both of them safe. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
According to the uploader, the accident happened on a Saturday afternoon (November 15, 2025), after dropping off another child at school and stopping by a pet store. They were on their way to eat when a large ten-wheeler truck suddenly hit them from behind, damaging the left side of their car.
The crash caused heavy traffic, and many motorists became frustrated, not knowing what had taken place. The driver shared that no one wishes to be part of such a situation, especially when it happens without warning.
After waiting for more than an hour, police officers arrived at the scene and instructed everyone involved to proceed to the Sta. Rosa Police Station for investigation. The process took time, but the two drivers eventually settled the matter.
Outside the station, the truck driver apologized, and the car owner admitted that he also felt the weight of the situation. He understood how difficult it must have been for the truck driver, especially if financial issues were involved.
Before going home, the car driver felt the need to pray for the truck driver, and when they saw that the truck was still parked nearby, they approached him.
The truck driver opened up about personal struggles, including work problems and his desire to return to church and leave unhealthy habits behind. The family prayed for him and shared a message of faith, which deeply touched the driver.
Later, the truck driver messaged them, saying he had received news that he would finally be paid and could support his family. Although their car suffered damages, the family remained thankful because they were safe.
