INC Concludes Peaceful Rally Early, Members Express Satisfaction

The Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) ended its peaceful rally early after only two days, and its members expressed their satisfaction.

Members of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) ended their protest at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila feeling fulfilled and grateful. What was originally planned as a three-day rally wrapped up peacefully after only two days, with participants saying they were happy with how everything turned out.

Many described the experience as mission accomplished as they stood together calling for justice, accountability, transparency, and peace.

The INC leadership earlier announced that the shortened protest was enough to deliver their message. According to them, the strong turnout and unified call from members showed the seriousness of their appeal against corruption.

Supporters from different local congregations traveled to Manila to join the peaceful gathering, hoping their voices would reach the right people in government.

One of the participants, Bernadeth Biguera from the Local of Sibul in the Ecclesiastical District of Bataan, shared that she felt proud to take part in the event. She believed the group’s call for transparency was heard and that their unity made the protest meaningful. She also expressed hope that the government would take their message seriously.

After the rally ended, INC members immediately helped clean the entire area. Alongside them were volunteers from SCAN International and personnel from the Manila Department of Public Services.

Their quick cleanup showed their discipline and respect for the venue, leaving the grandstand tidy before everyone headed home.

INC members are hopeful that their peaceful action will inspire positive change in government. They believe that by standing together and expressing their concerns in an orderly manner, they have contributed to the push for better leadership.
