Derek and his wife Cebuana celebrity Ellen Adarna tied the knot in November 11, 2021. It was celebrated by their loved ones and friends from showbiz and outside the industry.
However, in August, speculations surfaced that Derek and Ellen separated. Netizens commented that they observed that the couple had not posted any photo of video of them together, which was contrary to how they were before the breakup rumors.
