Here’s the statement regarding the rumors about Ivana Alawi.
Amid the rumors, Regal Entertainment released a statement about Ivana Alawi, one of the stars of “Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins.”
One of the official entries of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2025 is Shake, Rattle, & Roll: Evil Origins. Among the actors starring are Francine Diaz, Janice De Belen, Manilyn Reynes, Ivana Alawi, Loisa Andalio, Ashley Ortega, Ysabelle Ortega, Carla Abellana, Elijah Alejo, Fyang Smith, Kaila Estrada, Richard Guterrez, Ryan Bang, Seth Fedelin, JM Ibarra, and Dustin Yu.
Previously, there were rumors that Ivana caused some delays in shooting the film. The staff, co-actors, and even the director were frustrated because of her, and seemed nonchalant about this. However, these are all just rumors. There were also rumors that Ivana’s alleged billionaire boyfriend is the producer of the film.
Recently, in a statement, Regal Entertainment Inc. released a statement to clarify the rumors.
According to the statement, Regal fully funded the film — developed, produced, and financed solely by the company. The claims about Alawi are completely false and “entirely untrue.”
The statement reflected, “The film’s production proceeded smoothly and wrapped on schedule, with Ms. Alawi demonstrating utmost professionalism and dedication throughout.”
