An allegations against Mark Herras surfaced
Actor-dancer Mark Herras allegedly did not show up for his show in Nueva Ecija even though he already had a downpayment.
Mark rose to fame as the first StarStruck Ultimate Male Survivor. With that he was given opportunities by his home network. He did several TV series and movies uunder GMA and his love team partnership with his ex-girlfriend Jennylyn Mercado was a big hit.
However, his career went through a rough time. In recent months, he was able to bounce back by doing some shows and he is currently part of a teleserye.

In a recent episode of Showbiz Update, the YouTube talk show of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, he and his co-hosts talked about a recent issue involving Mark Herras, based on the article in Bandera.
Allegedly, the actor-dancer did not go to Nueva Ecija for his show despite the downpayment was already given.
Ogie’s co-host Mama Loi read a message stating, “Binook daw nila si Mark Herras para sa isang event sa Nieves San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija apparently now show siya, hindi siya nagpunta!”
The talent manager-vlogger expressed a shock reaction and Mama Loi added, “May commitment pa raw si Mark sa grand parade.”
Then, the Facebook post of Brgy. Nieves, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija featuring Mark’s photo, saying that they are excited to be with the actor-dancer for their Barangay Fiesta 2026. Also included in the post was the famous tagline of StarStuck, which was “Dream, Believe, Survive.”

“Super-dami raw tao ang nag-abang sa kanya. Kaya nagalit na ‘yung buong barangay council nu’ng Nieves San Leonardo kasi nga walang reply, super dami ng tawag pero hindi nag-a-update,” Mama Loi also shared.
Ogie’s co-host added that they waited for Mark for five hours. Allegedly, the actor blocked the promoter as he was being insistently contacted for his supposed gig, which was already part of the scheduled program.
With this, it was said that the barangay council will file a complaint against the booker because the responsibility to book the talent was not properly done. “Kasi siya (booker) ang nakapirma sa kontrata ganu’n talaga ‘yun,” Ogie said.
As of this writing, Mark Herras has not yet responded to the allegation against him.
