TikTok Account of Former Viral Bully Joaquin Montes Allegedly Reported by Reddit Users
Reddit users are allegedly reporting the TikTok account of former viral bully Joaquin Montes, just weeks after he was featured on Pinoy Pawnstars.
The issue traces back to December 19, 2018, when a video showing Montes physically bullying another student inside a restroom at Ateneo de Manila University spread across social media.
The incident became popularly known for his line “Bugbog o dignidad,” which garnered public outrage and condemnation from celebrities, politicians, and netizens. A few days later, Ateneo management announced that Montes had been dismissed from the school.

A few weeks ago, Montes resurfaced online after appearing on Pinoy Pawnstars with Boss Toyo, where he sold his old Ateneo uniform, the same one he wore during the bullying incident. Initially priced at P200,000, the two later agreed on P18,000.
Montes shared that he intended to donate it instead of keeping it for himself, saying it was part of his effort to move forward from the controversy. However, not everyone was pleased with his return to the spotlight.
Recently, a Reddit user under the name Outrageous_Data_2123 expressed anger upon discovering Montes’s TikTok account, criticizing his attempt to become a content creator. The post quickly gained attention, eliciting various reactions from netizens.

Many netizens condemn his reappearance and others suggesting that people give him a chance to change.
The issue once again opened discussions on accountability, forgiveness, and the lasting impact of online scandals, reminding everyone that the internet never truly forgets.
