LIBRARIAN BOARD EXAM RESULT September 2025 – The full result included the list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.
As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 629 out of 919 examinees passed the Librarian Board Exam September 2025 or the Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination September 2025.
Librarian Summary of Results
The official results were released after one (1) working day. The examination was held on September 4-5, 2025, at various testing centers across the country, such as NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, and Tuguegarao. The Board for Librarian Chairman, Librarian Yolanda C. Granda, and its member, Lourdes T. David, headed the board exams.

Registration
The registration for the newly passed examinees will start on October 6, 2025, for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration, and should be done online through www.prc.gov.ph.
Requirements
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
