Queen Mother Karla Estrada stressed that there is nothing wrong with being rich, but she highlighted her struggles before achieving what she has now.
Karla started her career in the entertainment industry. She was one of the ’90s stars who rose to fame through various TV shows and movies. Eventually, her son, Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla, followed in her footsteps in showbiz.
Daniel is considered one of the biggest stars of his generation. He did blockbuster films and hit teleseryes. With his career from the start until now, Karla has been there for him.
In a recent Facebook post, Karla Estrada talked about the reality behind being rich. She said that not all people’s wealth came from hard work, perseverance, and years of working because some people are lucky enough to be born in a rich family.
With this, she stressed that there is nothing wrong in being rich. Hindi lahat ng bagay na meron tayo ay bunga ng sama-samang paghihirap o sakripisyo. bunga ng sipag at tyaga ng mga magulang , may mga taong matagal nang marangya ang buhay at ito ang kanilang kinagisnan, kaya’t hindi nila kasalanan ang maging mayaman,” the Queen Mother said.
She also pointed out that some people were born in a family with just enough financial stability, just like her. However, Karla said that she persevered and worked hard. She dreamed big and did not settle for just “sapat lang.” With this aim, she worked hard without complaining.
The celebrity mom also shared that she went to different parts of the Philippines to sing and accepted work on different media platforms. After 34 years, she remained in the entertainment industry. The Queen Mother stressed that what she has now, she worked hard for.
“Natupad ko lahat ng pangarap ko sa buhay na may kasamang dasal, sipag, tyaga, pagpupursige, pagtulong at walang tinatapakan. may karangyaan na atin din namang pinaghirapan at pinag trabahuan,” she said.
Karla Estrada also reminded that those who have the means to help others, they should not hesitate to help those who are in need. “Huwag nawa nating gawing dahilan ng pagmamayabang ang anumang yaman o tagumpay, bagkus piliin nating maging daan ng tulong, pag-asa, at pagmamahal para sa kapwa,” she added.
