Previously, Discaya admitted to owning 28 luxury cars, and in the same interpellation, she also admitted that she owns at least nine companies. Of the nine firms, one belongs to her eldest son, while another is managed by her husband’s cousin.

Senate Minority Leader Vicente Sotto III asked her when her business reached its first billion in earnings, and she defended her wealth. She expressed that being in the business for 23 years, they surely have earned well from this business.

To recall, in an interview with Julius Babao, she revealed that their gateway to wealth was when they started doing jobs for the Department of Public Works and Highways. In the same interview, she shared her 40 luxury cars, but during the questioning under Senator Jinggoy Estrada, she confirmed owning only 28.

Pasig City Mayor Vico, one of the critics of the controversial contractor, was among those who watched the questioning, and in a post, he shared his thoughts about it. According to him, he will be listing down the “inaccuracies” from the claims based on documents, records, and even their own words.

He just hoped that they would remember they are under oath in the Senate and expressed that apart from the “Mrs,” the “Mistermind” will also be invited for questioning. He ended his post with: “May truth and justice prevail.”
